1. Dimensional Verification
Consistency in a tape's physical dimensions is critical. A tape that's too thick can create a high paint edge, while one that's too thin might tear. We use calibrated digital instruments to ensure every roll is perfect.
- Thickness Measurement: Using a precision thickness gauge, we measure the tape's total thickness down to the micron. This ensures it will provide the ideal, low-profile paint edge professionals expect.
- Width & Length Verification: Digital calipers are used to confirm the exact width of the roll. We also verify the roll length to guarantee our customers receive exactly what they paid for.

2. Adhesion & Performance Testing

- Clean Removal: After adhesion testing, the tape is removed, and the surface is inspected to ensure zero adhesive residue is left behind.
